Shopping Basics

Getting started is simple. Go to the “Login” link on the top menu or click here to create an account. A stylist will be assigned to you as soon as you create your account. We don’t require a purchase in order for you to create an account; and yes, it’s free. 

No, but an appointment is preferred. Because you are assigned to a stylist, an appointment ensures that your stylist is available to help you.  

You can place an order by scheduling an appointment online, calling 240.670.6101, or calling your stylist. Your personal stylist will guide you through the whole ordering process– from picking the fabric to taking your measurements. 

WYRBRIT ™ is the bespoke experience in the modern era. We provide a personalized shopping experience that does not compare to retail. Our goal is to empower you to articulate your character and personality through fashion. All this is made possible by a dedicated stylist. 

Shirts typically deliver within 2-3 weeks. Suits are produced within 4-5 weeks. Shoes will be delivered within 4 weeks. Production for any item begins 48 hours after the full payment has been received. Note that production time does not include alteration times and shipment. 

In order to guarantee a perfect fit, we require 30 body measurements. Our stylists are available to take those measurements in the comfort of our lounge or at any of our satellite locations around the DC, MD, VA areas. Start by scheduling a fitting.

For ready to wear garments/items, you can simply purchase them online or visit our store at the Tyson’s Galleria Mall. However, if you need to place a bespoke garment, you need an appointment. Simply schedule a fitting online or by calling us at 202.641.2707

We’re open 7 days a week from 11 AM – 7 PM.


If you’re buying online, we take all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash payments at the store.

No. Working with your personal wardrobe stylist is one of the many reasons why our prestigious clients love WYRBRIT. To get started, simply create an account online, and we will pick it up from there. 

No. Most of our garments fit remarkably well. However, our clients occasionally require minor alteration/s on their garments, and we are happy to offer the alteration they need in order to make the garment fit perfectly.

Shipping & Returns

We do not accept returns. We accommodate exchanges on the basis that the product was defective and on a discretional basis. These exchanges only apply to ready-to-wear products that have not been altered and are unworn. In the rare event that we have to issue a store credit or a refund, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. An electronic receipt will be mailed to you via your email on file. Alternatively, you can simply visit us at The Tysons Galleria Mall and we’ll do the rest.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling an order is only done online in your account.

For your first order, we strongly recommend that you choose pickup and schedule a free fitting to try your new garment on in our lounge or satellite location. If we have to perform an alteration after the fitting, you may pick it up in person, or we will deliver it to you via UPS ground shipping.
