The Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall govern your use of our website, www.wyrbrit.com. These Terms will apply fully and affect your use of this Website. Using this Website, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with these Standard Terms and Conditions. Minors or people under 18 are not allowed to use this Website.

Returns Policy

If you believe the product does not represent the intended purchase, kindly contact us or email shop@wyrbrit.com, and we will evaluate your claim graciously. 

All garments are manufactured after purchase and one at a time. Subsequently, all purchases are intended to be final. However, exchange or refund will be considered under certain circumstances. If you’d like to exchange or seek a refund for a product you have already purchased, we strongly recommend contacting us immediately. We will refund or exchange any accessories (ties, pocket squares, and collar stays) if they are returned in their original state within 14 days of purchase. 

We will consider a remake, exchange, or refund of your shirt, suit, jacket & trousers within 14 days of receiving the order. If the item is:

  1. Unused and in original condition
  2. Not a gift card, voucher, or discounted item
  3. Not personalized with monograms, altered and or with customizations
  4. Not been washed, laundered, or dry cleaned
  5. Has a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund approval. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at shop@wyrbrit.com and send your item to 15000 Potomac Town Pl. Suite 100529, Woodbridge, VA 22191.

Processing Time 

It could take 3-5 business days to receive and process your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Return Shipment & Restocking Fee

If we have to issue a store credit or a refund, we may charge a 15% restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Store Credits

If you opt for a store credit instead of a refund to the original form of payment, there will be no restocking fee. Processing time for store credit is completed within 24 hours, and the credit is available for any purchase on our website. 

Exemptions & Limitations

  1. Gift cards & Downloadable products are not eligible for returns.
  2. Regardless of the circumstances, we will not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns on any worn garment.
  3. While we strive to exceed your expectations, all returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our sole discretion.
  4.  If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t consider any request or claim for exchanges.
